The challenge

The main challenge was to strike a balance between showcasing the company's products and services while keeping the design simple and uncluttered. We had to ensure that the website was easy to navigate, and the information was easy to find. Additionally, we had to optimize the website for mobile devices and ensure that it was fully accessible to users with disabilities. Despite these challenges, we were able to deliver a visually stunning and user-friendly website that meets the needs of Associated Labels and Packaging and their customers.

Content development, structure

As part of our website design and development services, we provided Associated Labels and Packaging with a comprehensive content strategy. Our team worked closely with their stakeholders to devise the website's structure, identify key messaging, and develop content that resonates with their target audience. We created copy that is clear, concise, and engaging while maintaining a consistent tone of voice throughout the website. Our content strategy ensured that the website was well-organized, easy to navigate, and provided visitors with all the information they needed to make informed decisions about their label and packaging needs.

UI design & custom illustrations

For the user interface design of the Associated Labels and Packaging website, we followed a comprehensive design process that started with researching their target audience and understanding their needs. We then created a mood board that reflected their brand identity and values. From there, our team developed custom illustrations that complemented the written content and brought the brand to life. We focused on creating a clean and modern design that is easy to navigate, while still reflecting the creativity and innovation of their industry. The end result is a visually stunning and engaging website that showcases the unique value proposition of Associated Labels and Packaging.

Content Management

To ensure that Associated Labels and Packaging could easily manage and update their website, we implemented a centralized content management system (CMS). This allowed them to make changes to the website's content, including news and blog posts, services descriptions, and other dynamic content, without requiring any technical knowledge. We provided extensive training and support to their team, enabling them to manage the website on their own.

We also developed custom templates and modules within the CMS to ensure that the website remained consistent and maintained its visual integrity. By creating a flexible, easy-to-use CMS, we provided Associated Labels and Packaging with the ability to keep their website up-to-date and relevant, improving their online presence and enabling them to better engage with their customers.

Bidirectional Information Architecture

To provide a more flexible user experience and improve the overall information architecture of the Associated Labels and Packaging website, we established a bidirectional approach that allows users to arrive at the desired service from either a "market" or a "services" entry point. This was achieved by carefully structuring the website's navigation menu and creating relevant links between pages. For instance, we ensured that the "market" section was linked to the relevant "services" section, and vice versa, creating a seamless user experience. This approach not only makes it easier for users to find what they are looking for, but it also provides a more intuitive and accessible way of interacting with the website, improving customer satisfaction and engagement.
